User Responsibility
By using NEUS Network services, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. Compliance with Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of NEUS Network complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and sanctions in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to:
Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions
Local privacy and data protection laws
Anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
2. Prohibited Jurisdictions
You may not use NEUS Network services if you are located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where such use would violate applicable laws or regulations, including:
Countries subject to comprehensive U.S. economic sanctions
Jurisdictions listed on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list
Any territory where use of cryptographic software is prohibited
3. Sanctions Compliance
You represent and warrant that you are not:
Listed on any U.S. government restricted parties list
A resident of, or located in, a sanctioned jurisdiction
Owned or controlled by any sanctioned person or entity
Acting on behalf of any sanctioned person or entity
4. Restricted Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
Using NEUS Network to circumvent economic sanctions
Facilitating transactions for sanctioned persons or entities
Providing services to prohibited jurisdictions
Violating export control regulations
Technology Classification
NEUS Network utilizes cryptographic technology that may be subject to export controls. Users are responsible for determining the export classification of any technology they access and ensuring compliance with applicable export control laws.
Enforcement
NEUS Network, Inc. reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate service to users in prohibited jurisdictions
Block access from sanctioned IP addresses or regions
Report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law
Implement additional compliance measures as needed
Changes to Restricted Jurisdictions
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in applicable laws and regulations. Users are responsible for monitoring these updates and ensuring continued compliance.
